U're Greatly Admired!

Never let your beauty or circumstance determine whom you are as a woman. You are beautiful inside out, and what is inside attracts what is outside. Stick to that friend whom you can call at midnight to cry. Stick to that friend whom is worth more than a friend!!! xoxo

As a woman always stand your ground especially when it comes to men. Never lose focus of where you are headed, but have that friend who can share a shoulder to lean on, have that friend who shares the same passion for what you belief in. Most of you must be thinking, oh! it is her boy friend, oh no! He is more like a strength, an extra shoulder to lean on. His words of advice are sometimes hurting, but they save me a great trouble. He is like a father sometimes and a joke mate. In sincerity, it is whom i dedicate this post to. His name is Bode Isijiola.
xoxo!!!

HOW DIVINELY IS A DECORATIVE VASE ???

Think of something divine, and my thought drips down to something with explosive mixtures in designs.  How earthly the humans have designed something with every ounce of it to please the eyes. How suitable it could sit in room illuminating the room with its special effect. I realized that most people take this for granted and settle for something miniature and less. I can never design a home for a client without adding something divinely as a VASE!!!
Anyways, you must think of me as crazy right? Here is how colors can clear a crazy mind. Maybe, you have a dull colored living room or room, have you thought of sparking it up with something divine as a vase. I called it divine because whatever humans used their minds to create and turn it into reality is divine? Reality check why don't i change the name of my blog to divine? No, i will definitely kill my audience expectations. Back to our disscussion.
Consider this have, you have an all white designed bathroom closet. Isn't that too whitey? Consider dropping a red designed vase on the vanity section. And smile to your soul about the color thrown in.
Consider having a guest whom you are not very familiar with, let us call the person a stranger. Drop a vase on the balcony and give your guest a start-up conversation. This is tricky right? But some people make friends easily out of admiration for each others property.
Consider even giving your fire place some glitz. Think about it, it can't always only be grime.
Oh my God, this is the love of my life. A scenario with a beautiful family diner table lays  some decorative vases in the center or decorative bowls. You know, sometimes, we tend to even overlook the unity of eating together as a family on a family dinning table. May those divine furniture forgive us for not making good use of them(smile).
There are places in your home you can always consider having a decorative vase. Think of that shelf, center table, consul table and corners in your home. Give this a thought and have a divine design. BLESS! (smile)...

This is perfect for a consul table

When i saw this what escaped my lips was WOW. Isn't it very earthy with pour in of gold.

Some mosaic design. Amazing!

SUKUR KINGDOM

We took a trip to one of Nigeria's wonder sites named SUKUR KINGDOM. It is located at the Mandara Mountains in Madagali Local Government Area of Adamawa State in northeastern Nigeria. It is the first Nigerian landmark to be listed on the World Heritage Sites in 1999.
All i can exclaim is wow...that place is amazing. I think i even lost 2kg (lol), i have never experienced mountain climbing until yesterday (4:09:2011). It took us 2 hours to climb that mountain to the village and another 2 hours to get down to the low lands. I would say, i sucked at it big time, my knees almost gave up on me. And my other experience was, i tasted a bit of one of Nigeria's popular show named "Ultimate Search." You know, we all sit at home and judge the contestant, but frankly it  was not easy. I forgot about my courtly and charismatic lady-like attitude and embraced being a man for the 4 hours duration of that mountain climbing. The most interesting part was when the rain let down it's heavy down pour, i have never felt rain on my skin like stones hitting me. At a point, i felt the wind was going to blow us over the hill. I started sobbing inside and asked the Lord to forgive my sins (please don't laugh lol) am very serious. I began even wishing i never had a big butt, and that was the first time i felt that my body parts were heavy for me.
However, here is the fun part; Sukur village is located near Cameroon and has some supernatural beliefs attached to it. It is said, that the builders of the village are spirits who came at night and designed the village and afterward disappeared till date. No one knows what they looked like or saw their shadows. Accordingly, we were told that the fastest person that climbed Sukur mountain, used 16 minutes, exhale...isn't that awesome and super dope? What we used 2 hours to climb, in fact  the human specie is awesome. And the village is designed with rocks which has lasted for decades without breaking or falling apart.
Anyways, before we began climbing, the tour guard warned us not to lean on  the trees or even touch any rock. And, that some tourist have come and disappeared and they had to make some sacrifices to bring them back to the land of the living. Also, that there is a particular rock you can't touch, or else we would leave with instant rashes on our skin. In addition, for those rashes to disappear, they have to sacrifice to their gods. I made sure i took into consideration this part especially...laughs.

We just began climbing, isn't it an amazing view? Wow
The first sign as we began climbing

our grand arrival, laugh... that is the kings guard house

Don't touch section: Sukur Shrine

Entrance to the King's house...i kept wondering, they must be really skinny (lol)

^_^ hahahaa the King cannot pass this place after adornment as a King, or else he'll die

Earth is just beautiful...

On our way...If only we knew what was ahead. Fun!!! even though

How to make a home-made Potpourri

Most of us sees it as dried roots, leaves or flower. It is a mixture of herbs and spices. But, a potpourri is one simple home design that is often overlooked. it could be used as an air freshener or room fragrance. This is one of God's blessing to mankind, this saves money and livens up a room with aesthetic designs and colors.
I am going to share a simple tip on how to make a home-made potpourri.

*Step 1* Pick some flowers, roots and tiny barks from trees. Make it colorful and worth your aesthetic nature.
*Step 2* Dry it in either a microwave or oven or you can sun dry them for as long as it is totally dried. Note using an oven, it should be at 40 degrees Celsius or 50 degree Celsius  and spray aerosol to keep it attractive. Once the flower is dried, some could loose its natural color. now is when you need to improvise. You can color them. Play around with various colors to suit your taste.
*Step 3* After step two is completed, to get a desired shape, you can use a pressing iron and cover the flower in a paper or cloth and press it.
*Step 4* Apparently a potpourri is a mixture herbs and spices. Try using some rose oil, or essentials. Pour this scented oil or perfume into the potpourri herbs, and cover it for at least a week. Then open it and allow the scent assimilate the whole room.
*Step 5* This is the best part, actually witnessing the success of your handiwork. It sends a chill of joy running down your vien when you witness your achievement. Now you can use a native wood bowl to put it, or a designed china bowl or a designed transparent jar to store your potpourri.

Note: it is advisable to add more essentials or oil 3 times in a month to keep the scent long lasting.
